The trichoscopy uses videodermoscopy – a technique commonly used in dermatology which analyzes the image of the scalp using a microscope camera connected to a computer allowing for the digital capture of images. TrichoLAB recommends FotoFinder videodermoscopes.

Trichoscopy allows to objectively assess the examined structures. Thanks to this, treatment results may be assessed by comparing significant hair parameters obtained during subsequent tests.
